Automatic distribution turns every new article from your RSS feed into a post, without you lifting a finger. Media Gridz checks your feed every 2 to 3 minutes, and each article moves through three stages before it goes live: Drafts, Scheduled, and Published.
Before you start
Your RSS feed is validated
Automatic posting is turned on for this channel
Your Post Interval is set
โ
Edits
If you edit an article while it's in Drafts, your changes are published as long as you make them before the interval elapses. If you edit it while it's in Scheduled, Media Gridz checks for your changes right before publishing, so last-minute edits are still picked up.
How automatic distribution works?
1
Media Gridz checks your feed
Your RSS feed is checked every 2 to 3 minutes for new articles. As soon as a new article is found, it's pulled into Media Gridz.
2
The article enters Drafts
The new article appears in the Drafts column. This is your window to review or edit it before it goes any further. You can make changes within your own CMS, or directly in Media Gridz platform
3
The article moves to Scheduled
Once your Post Interval window passes, the article moves to the Scheduled column. It's now queued to publish at its assigned time.
4
The article is Published
At the scheduled time, the post goes live and moves to the Published column.
โ
Done
Once turned on, automatic distribution runs continuously. Every new article from your RSS feed will move through Drafts, Scheduled, and Published without any manual action needed.
