Connect your outlet's Facebook Page to Media Gridz and start publishing directly from your newsroom. The process takes about three minutes.
Before you start
You have a Facebook account that manages your outlet's Facebook Page
You are logged into that Facebook account in your browser

If you also want to connect Instagram, do not follow this guide. Use the Connect Facebook & Instagram guide instead. Connecting them together in one go is the only reliable way to ensure Instagram works correctly.
Steps
Connecting your Facebook Page

Go to the Connections screen
On the Connect your social media accounts screen, find the Facebook card showing "No account connected." Click Connect.

Log into Facebook
A Facebook login window will open. If your account is already detected, click Continue. Otherwise, enter your password and click Log in.

Select your Facebook Page
Meta will ask which Pages you want Media Gridz to access. Select Opt in to current Pages only, then tick your outlet's Facebook Page. Click Continue.
If you manage multiple Pages, only select the one you want Media Gridz to publish to.

Select your Meta Business account
Next, Meta will ask you to choose a Business. Select Opt in to current Businesses only, then pick your outlet's business account. Click Continue.

Skip the Instagram step
Meta will ask you to choose Instagram accounts. Since you're only connecting Facebook, click Continue without selecting anything.

Review permissions and save
Meta will show a summary of what Media Gridz will be able to do on your Page. Review the list and click Save.

You'll be taken back to the Media Gridz Connections screen. Facebook will now show a green dot and your Page name. You're ready to publish to Facebook.
