Media Gridz makes this easy with a built-in labelling system that works across automatic posting, manual scheduling, and custom posts. You can set a default label per channel in Posting Settings, or add it individually on each post.

Adding an AI label to automatic posts

Go to Posting Settings
Open the channel you want to configure and go to Posting Settings.

Turn on the AI label toggle
Find the AI Label toggle and turn it on. This will automatically attach an AI label to every post published through this channel that uses an AI-generated caption. You can also customize this text according to your preference.
Additional Info
If you revise the AI-generated caption yourself before scheduling, the label requirement may not apply. Check the EU guidelines or consult your legal team if you are unsure.
